I would rate this a perfect 10 as far as customer service and as far as surprising my niece!!! It all worked out great and thats what counts. I got the package quickly too even before Christmas and I ordered it really close to Christmas.

My 4 yr old received this as a Christmas gift and she and her 2 1/2 yr old sister love playing with it! The music and lights of the carriage are a big hit in our house. The only minor problem is that the carriage has a jewel “top” that either broke off or doesn’t sit securely on top. Since that piece doesn’t interfere with the movement of the toy, my girls don’t care too much.
