I had worn Tova for more than 15 years and was devastated when the formula changed and the product became watered down. This sweet almondy vanilla mystery is indeed addictive! My husband and daughter bought me the body lotion and this cologne. The lotion is still going strong after 2 years! The scent is very potent and the bottle lasted me over a year. It is almost impossible to find where i Live, so am very happy that Amazon has it. I’ve tried every mascara out there, all the sephora favorites and many others and this is by the far the very best!! The mascara gives you the longest, thickest lashes I’ve ever seen from a mascara and all without a single clump. I dont wear fake eyelashes as often now with this mascara, It really is comparable to a more subtle faux lash. The only downside is that if you have oily eyelids and dont wear any shadow/primer to control it, you may get raccoon eyes after a few hours. But I almost always wear shadow so it’s not much of a concern to me. Also, while they tell you to replace mascara every 3 months I never did, but with this one you have to. The brush is like a rubber/soft plastic one and not the usual kind, so the bristles will start to stick together after about 3 months. But I guess thats not so bad since after that long mascara is supposed to get germy and not as safe to use. bottom line… you have to try it, you’ll love it!

I am often guilty of forgetting to splurge on myself from time to time. I tend to skimp on things such as lipstick and mascara. After using supposedly the best drug store mascara for years and looking like a racoon at the end of the day, I saw this in a listmania list and all the 5 star ratings got me to buy it. I was a little nervous about it not being waterproof, because I wear contacts and I tear a lot, but it doesn’t seem to matter. This mascara is great. Lashes look a little thicker and longer, but the big thing is by the end of the day, your lashes still look good and no racoon. AND absolutely no flaking, smudging, or racooning even when I tear. Your lashes aren’t going to magically thicken or grow, but you will still look great by the end of the day.
