This is a very good product and was recommended to me by my pharmacist. I take it regularly at half the recommended dosage and that seems to work well. If I feel as though I’m “under-the-weather” a little I increase to 3 tabs for a few days and that seems to take care of things. It’s an easy-to-swallow capsule.

I will continue taking this product as long as it’s made. Iron free is important for men, because excess iron will build up in the system. All most men need is consumed in other food. Cereals for example often have added iron.

It’s hard to find vitamins in capsule form, which is easier on the stomach, this product has never given me indigestion. They’re also small and easy to swallow.

This and a good Omega 3 & 6 is all you may need to supplement your diet. If you don’t want to spend a lot of money taking a dozen different supplements, this product is awesome.

I really wanted a Vitamin E that had the mixed tocopherols and found on a different website that Life Force Multiples Vitamin E offers that. As it states on the bottle, it has all three Tocopherols: b-beta, b-gamma, b-delta. You need them all!
This is a great, high quality product for the price, highly recommended.

I am an RN at a hospital and an 88 yr old pateint told me that this vitamin really gave her energy back. I ordered some and can’t agree more… it is a great quality product especially if you need more energy!
