This was a Christmas gift for my mother. We ordered it very late because we looked EVERYWHERE in stores and couldn’t find it. Finally my dad called me and asked if I could find it online. The estimated delivery was well after Xmas but he said that was ok. It arrived before Christmas and my mom absolutely loved it!

I’m particular when it comes to perfumes. I received a sample of “Sicily” awhile ago, tossed it in my closet, and didnt actually try till many months later. I fell in love w/the scent! I couldn’t find it at any department store, but of course found it on Amazon AND for a great price! Not only that, but I received the product the same week!

I love this scent. It’s subtle, light and fresh, summery, and kind of sweet but not too sweet like grandma perfume. My husband likes it too, and we’re not big perfume wearers. It seems to last long (yet isn’t strong). I can spray it on in the morning, and when I get home at night my husband can detect the scent, but only when he comes close to kiss me (in other words, it’s subtle, not strong).

It seems every time I find something in the cosmetics world that I really like, the manufacturer decides to stop making it. This has happened to me numerous times over the years and now just happened again with my favorite fragrance Sicily by Dolce & Gabbana. I went into Lord and Taylor in NYC to purchase a new supply and was told it had been discontinued and replaced with something “better” ONE – I beg to disagree. I thought I had lost my favorite forever but found it for sale in abundance on Amazon.com at amazing prices – so thank you Amazon.com you saved the day and you even delivered!!
