My husband is not easily won over by “diet shakes”… and we have tried many! This is the 1st one he really likes; a LOT! He as been taking one for breakfast and lunch almost every 4 to 5 days of the week as a meal replacement or additions to reduce the meals he is eating & he actually looks forward to his SF. He does say there is a drawback; they are just a bit too small. He keeps tapping the bottom hoping for more when it’s empty! It was delicious and filling as advertised, but flatulence producing if one is even slightly lactose intolerant. I should have checked the ingredient list for milk…. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone other than a diabetic or lactose intolerant.
this product is part of the Best Life Diet Program and has the seal. Easy to use when time is of the essence for a midday snack or breakfast on the go. Is very filling and assists with maintaing weight control. Fits into Weight Watchers program as well.
I love this product – I will refrigerate the cans, then stick one in the freezer about an hour before I want to drink it. The liquid freezes just a touch and makes the shake very cold with slight icy particles in it. Yum yum. Takes the place of breakfast and lunch and tastes really good.
I frequently have to work till 6:30 or 7:00 PM and a can of this great chocolate flavored drink in the late afternoon is a wonderful snack that keeps me going! It’s better than the regular slim fast because of the lower carbs. So it helps hunger and doesn’t give my blood sugar an unneeded boost when I drink a can. Thanks Slim Fast!
