I take fish oil soft gels with breakfast and dinner, and krill oil softgels with lunch. The Amazon.com price is significantly lower than Whole Foods Market.

I have been taking this for 1.5 months. I bought it to help with cholesterol, but I found a side bennefit. I have had TMJ problems for the last 3 years and spent a lot of money at a TMJ doctor which helped some. After taking this krill oil my tmj issues have almost disappeared! I will get my blood tests in another month or 2 and see if it helped with the cholestrol.

If you have done any research on Krill Oil you already know the potential benefits so rather than list them I would just like to point out that you can pay quite a bit more for the same product depending on who you buy from. This NKO product appears to be the exact same as another that I had paid almost 2x the price. If you want Krill Oil then buy this brand and you won’t have any regrets about getting ripped off by paying for a brand.
