When DEWALT DC9071 XRP did not arrive after the last scheduled time DEWALT DC9071 XRP should have been delivered, I emailed the vendor via amazon and received immediate help. The order was apparently lost and unfortunately they did not have a tracking number. The vendor was sold out of the product but immediately honored my purchase by going to the nearest HomeDepot and sending the 2 products that I ordered. DEWALT DC9071 XRP replacements are a bit heavier than the original batteries. But WOW, do they pack a punch. I have 12V, 14V & 18V units and in all cases these XRP’s make the drivers function like never before when new.
